摘要
目的探讨多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片在以占位病变为首发表现的良恶性鉴别价值。方法多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片技术,检测以占位病变为首发表现的初诊病例血清中12项肿瘤标志物,并与病理结果进行对比分析。结果癌性病变与良性病变比较,甲胎蛋白(AFP)、铁蛋白(SF)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原CA125、CA153和CA199等的血清水平升高,且AFP、CEA和CA125的阳性率也明显升高;癌性病变中,仅男性患者SF血清水平和阳性率较肉瘤病变显著升高;肉瘤病变中,仅女性患者SF血清水平和阳性率较良性病变显著升高。结论多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片对以占位病变为首发表现的良恶性病变有鉴别意义。
Objective To explore the clinical value of multi-tumor marker protein chip in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant lesion with space occupying as the first symptom.Methods The serum levels of twelve tumor markers of lesions with space-occupying as the first symptom were measured by multi-tumor marker protein chip,and the results were compared and analyzed with pathological diagnosis.Results In carcinoma,several tumor markers,such as α-fetoprotein(AFP),ferritin(SF),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA) and carbohydrate antigens(CA125,CA153,CA199) were highly expressed.Among of them,AFP,CEA and CA125 in male and female were expressed significantly higher than in benign lesion.Only SF in male was expressed significantly higher in carcinoma than in sarcoma.And only SF in female was expressed remarkably higher in sarcoma than in benign lesion.Conclusion Multi-tumor marker protein chip is helpful in the differentiated diagnosis of benign and malignant lesions with space occupying as the first symptom.
