腰-硬联合麻醉用于超高龄患者髋部手术对血流动力学的影响

摘要 目的探讨腰-硬联合麻醉用于老年人髋部手术对血流动力学的影响。方法选择择期髋部手术的患者80例,ASAⅡ~Ⅲ级,拟在腰-硬联合麻醉下行DHS或PFN内固定术或人工股骨头置换术,观察麻醉后10,15,20,25,30 min的SBP,DBP,MAP,HR及SpO2,与麻醉前比较,记录麻醉起效时间,最高麻醉平面。结果麻醉后早期血压有轻度下降,但无统计学意义。结论腰-硬联合麻醉可安全用于老年人髋部手术,术中注意观察。
