石家庄高新区土地集约利用评价与挖潜研究

Evaluation of Land Intensive Use and Estimation of the Potential in Shijiazhuang High-tech Zone

为完成石家庄高新区土地集约利用评价及挖潜研究,选用了国内当前最能体现开发区土地集约利用的16个指标、6个子目标和3个目标,构建了开发区土地集约利用评价及挖潜研究指标体系,采用特尔斐法确定了权重、理想值等要素,并应用国土资源部采用的公式进行了一系列计算,得出石家庄高新区土地利用集约度综合分值为90.84分,现实可挖掘潜力为158.75 hm2.将评价结果与同水平的保定高新区做了典型的横比分析,提出了石家庄高新区进一步发展的建议.

In order to complete the evaluation of land intensive use and estimation of the potential in Shijiazhuang high-tech zone,16 indicators,6 sub-goals and 3 goals are selected,which can best reflect the intensity of land use of the development zone in the nationwide currently,to build a study index system,using the Delphi method to determine the weight,the ideal values and other factors,through a series of calculations applicating formulas used by Ministry of Land and Resources.It is found that in Shijiazhuang high-tech zone,the composite score of the intensity of land use is 90.84,the practical potential is 158.75 hectares,which is made a typical cross-over comparation and analysis with Baoding high-tech zone at the same level,accordingly the further development proposals of Shijiazhuang high-tech zone is put forward.
