基于光纤光栅的光子器件及其在波分复用系统中的应用 被引量:4

PHOTONIC DEVICES BASED ON FIBER BRAGG GRATING AND THEIR APPLICATIONS IN WAVELENGTH DIVISION MULTIPLEXING SYSTEM

摘要 本文报道了光纤光栅外腔激光器、光纤光栅解复用器、光纤光栅滤波器、解复用滤波器和分/插复用器(OADM)等在全光通信网中有应用潜力的新型光子学器件的实验结果,并演示了这些器件的功能和基于这些器件的4路符合ITU波长标准,间隔约为1.6nm,速率为4×155Mbit/s的密集波分复用传输. Experimental results on fiber Bragg grating (FBG) based drop filter,add/drop multiplexer,and FBG external cavity laser are described in this paper. These devices will be widely used in alloptical communicati0n network. Based on these devices, a 4 ×155 Mb / s dense wavelength divisionmultiplexing transmission netw0rk was demonstrated,with 1. 6nm wavelength interval at ITU grid.
