Models and Operational Mechanisms of Coordinating Development on the Economic Zone on the West Coast of Taiwan Straits

海峡西岸经济区跨越多个行政单元,在建设过程中,协同发展应成为核心理念,以求经济一体化。为使区域内各地域单元(子区域)资源整合和系统化运作,必须实施资源共享型、优势互补型、关联互动型和联网辐射型等协同发展的模式。并要建立联动机制、协调机制和市场机制。

The Economic Zone on the West Coast of Taiwan Straits strides over many administrative units,coordinating development should become kernel idea for economic integration in the process of construction in the zone.In order to realize resources integration and systematical operations among the territorial units（sub-regions） in the zone,four models of coordinating development i.e.sharing resources type,superiority reciprocity type,intervolving type,net radiation type are proposed,and the joining dynamic mechanism,adjusting mechanism ,market mechanism should be established in the zone.
