杨立新教授是我国著名的民法学者。他的民事主体客体研究思想具有鲜明的特色。他对主体的研究重在具体化,即透过抽象平等的人格去关注具体的特殊的人格;对客体的研究重在类型化,即对纷繁复杂的物进行分类规范。人格具体性的研究拾遗补阙,物格类型化的研究推陈出新,开辟了我国民事主体客体研究的崭新领域。

Professor Yang Lixin is a famous civil scholar in our country.His research on the civil subject and civil object presents distinctive features.As for civil subject,Profess Yang attaches great importance to the concrete character,that is,to embody it through the abstract and equal one,while as for object character,he focuses on the character of different types,that is,to classify the complicated things into several categories.In a word,Profess Yang has developed a new research area about the civil subject and civil object,for he has maked up the deficiency of the research on concrete character and updated the research on the character of different types.
