Comparative Analysis of the Ideology of World Governance in the Mainstream of Western International Relations Theories

治理是一定社会领域的行为体规约机制,是行为体为实现某种公共利益与秩序的现实努力和制度安排。西方主流国际关系理论的发展演进始终围绕着一条思想线索,即从各自不同的逻辑视角分析诠释世界政治体系运行的本质规律,探寻构建世界秩序、实现世界治理的有效途径,因此,世界治理思想是国际关系理论的共同思想归宿与价值取向。

Governance is the obligating mechanisms for the actors of a certain social field, the factual efforts and the institutional arrangements for them to realize the common interests and order. There is a clue in the development of the mainstream of western interna- tional relations theories, ie. Their analyzing and explaining the essential law of the world political system, the methodology of achieving world governance and order from their own logic angle of view. Therefore, the ideology of world governance is the mental end-result and values of these theories.
