摘要
治理学术腐败是一项综合工程。这需要加强学术规范与学术道德教育,增强学术自律意识;建立健全学术评价与学术监督制度与机制,规范学术活动;加强惩治学术腐败立法进程,加大学术腐败惩处力度。通过标本兼治、预防与惩处相结合的综合治理方法,学术腐败现象一定会得到有效遏制。
It is a comprehensive project to treat the academic corruption. In order to effectively make it under control, the following countermeasures are suggested： enhancing the self-discipline consciousness of academy; establishing the perfect system and mechanism for the academic evaluation and supervision; making the academic activities standard and strengthening the process and the force of the legislation to punish the academic corruption.
