扒谷机是粮食流通领域解决高大平房仓、浅圆仓及露天粮堆出仓清理作业的专用设备,也可作搬运粮堆时的配套机械。通过对市场上广泛使用的刮板扒谷机、翼轮扒谷机和移动式螺旋扒谷机的特点分析,重点阐述了这三类扒谷机的基本结构、特征、主要技术参数及相关的设计计算方法,为扒谷机的设计和使用提供参考。

The grain scraping machine is specialized equipment for bin discharging and cleaning operation in high and large flat warehouses, shallow dumpy silos and exposed grain stack in grain circulation field, and also be used as matched machinery for handling a grain stack. Through analysis of the features of grain scraper, wing wheel scraper and moveable screw scraper widely used in markets, the basic structure, features, main technical parame ters as well as relevant design and calculation methods for these three grain scraping machines were described, so as to provide theoretic references for design and operation of the grain scraping machines.
