摘要
测定了一系列N甲酰基、N乙酰基环胺的13CNMR谱,对甲酰基、乙酰基对于环胺上的C原子的影响进行了讨论,影响因素主要在于CN键的部分双键性。
N formyl, N acetyl pyrrolidine, piperdine, morpholine compounds are useful fine chimicals and intermediates. We have studied the substituent effects due to the presence of formyl and acetyl by 13 C NMR. The equivalence of the chemical shift of C a and C a′ and C b and C b′ is lost because of the restricted rotation of the acetyl or formyl group due to the partial double bond character of the amide C(O) N bond and steric compression.
