摘要
对生产全麻卷烟纸中出现的孔眼、断头、透气度过高、浆料絮聚和滤水性差等问题进行了初步探讨,同时对长短麻浆纤维的配比、浆中填料用量以及浆料的上网浓度进行了研究。结果表明,当长纤维麻浆配比在40%时,全麻卷烟纸纸面平整,性能较好;填料用量在20%～30%时,既可节约生产成本,又可得到透气度、不透明度和白度较好的成纸;浆料上网浓度控制在0.45%～0.55%之间,可得到纸面细腻、罗纹清晰、卷烟包灰好的全麻卷烟纸,同时还可以改善成纸匀度。
In this paper,research work was carried out in order to produce cigarette paper with flax pulp.The flax pulp fiber was classified to long and short fibers.It was found that when the content of long fiber flax pulp accounted for 40%in the furnish,good paper formation could be obtained.When 20%～30%filler was added,better permeability,opacity and whiteness could be obtained.The smoothness of the cigarette paper was improved when concentration of flax pulp in the headbox was 0.45%～0.55%.
