国外低碳城市的建设经验及对我国城市化的启示

International Experiences on Low Carbon City Development and Its Enlightenment to Our Urbanization

低碳发展已经成为全球共识,但是我国快速城市化造成的能源消耗和环境污染问题却越来越严重。面对日益趋紧的碳约束,低碳城市建设是必然趋势。首先总结了国外在城市规划、能源、交通、建筑和公民意识等方面的低碳城市建设经验,然后分析了我国城市化进程在低碳城市建设方面面临的主要挑战,最后提出了我国实现低碳城市化建设的建议。

Low-carbon development has become a global consensus,but as the result of rapid urbanization in China,energy consumption and environmental pollution is getting worse.Faced with an increasingly tight carbon constraint,building low-carbon city is the inevitable trend of the future.This paper summarized international low-carbon city construction experiences in urban planning,energy,transportation,building and public awareness,and then analyzed major challenges for low carbon city construction in the process of urbanization development,and finally proposed some suggestions.
