摘要
运用H-800透射电镜对SiC_f/Al预制丝及其热压板材薄膜样品的界面进行了观察和分析;参照扫描电镜及拉伸试验结果,对不同工艺条件下界面反应程度及其对复合材料力学性能的影响进行了探讨。结果表明,碳化硅纤维与铝之间存在界面反应,反应程度与制造工艺密切相关。合理地选择工艺规范,对提高复合材料力学性能至关重要。
he interface of SiC fibers reinforced aluminum preform wires and hot-pressed plate were investigated by TEM. The degree of the interfacial chemical reaction between SiC fibers and liquid aluminum and its influence on mechanical properties of the composites was discussed, by referring to results of SEM observation and tensile test. The results showed that SiC fibers will react with aluminium, and the degree is determined by processing parameters, which can be optimized for improved mechanical property of composites.
