摘要
目的了解大学生体育锻炼与健康知、信、行及生命质量的特点,为教育部门的干预研究提供参考。方法采用问卷调查法,对河北地区高校986名大学生的生命质量与体育锻炼因素间的关联进行调查。结果大学生的生命质量男生高于女生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。主要原因与体育锻炼因素不同有关。体育锻炼与健康知识、态度、信念和行为对大学生生命质量性别差异影响较大。结论学校应高度重视通过体育教育途径提高大学生参与体育锻炼的程度,促进和提高大学生的生命质量水平。
Objective To discuss characteristics of physical exercise and health knowledge, believing and quality of life the intervention for the education sector to provide reference. Methods By using a questiounaire, the association of quality of life factors and physical activity was investigated among 986 （624 male, 362 female）college students. Results The male students＇ quality of life was higher than female students, and there was significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The main reason for these differences was related to the different factors and physical exercise. Physical activity and health knowledge, attitudes, beliefs and behavior on the gender differences influenced the quality of life. Conclusion The school should pay attention to make more students participating in physical activities, to promote and improve the quality of life level students.
