某市农村中学生生活质量及其影响因素分析 被引量:5

Quality of Life and Related Factors Among Middle School Students in Rural Areas of Anhui Province

摘要 目的了解安徽省农村中学生生活质量状况及其影响因素,为改善农村中学生生活质量提供科学依据。方法以整群随机抽样方法,抽取安徽省某市4所农村中学共2 075名中学生,运用儿童青少年生活质量量表、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、家庭支持量表(PSS-Fa)及自尊量表(SES)进行问卷调查。结果农村中学生生活质量的影响因素主要包括性别、年龄、年级、是否独生子女、是否留守学生、学习成绩、学习压力、父母文化程度、心理问题、应对方式、家庭支持、社会支持、自尊等。多元线性回归显示,生活质量总分影响因素前3位的依次是社会支持、自尊、积极的应对方式。结论社会、学校、家庭等多方面的相互协作、共同努力,是提高农村中学生生活质量的关键。 Objective To investigate the quality of life and its influencing factors among middle school students in rural areas,so as to provide the basis for improving their quality of life.Methods Two thousand and seventy-five students from four rural schools were selected by random cluster sampling.All participants were required to complete an anonymous questionnaire.Quality of life,psychological health,coping style,social support,family support and self-esteem were evaluated by Children and Adolescents,QOL Scale,Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90),Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ),Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS),Perceived Social Support from Family Scale(PSS-Fa) and the self-Esteem Scale(SES).Results Gender,age,grade,one child or not,left-behind students or not,academic achievement,academic pressures,educational level of parents,psychological problems,coping style,family support,social support and self-esteem were important influencing factors for quality of life among middle school students.The results of multiple linear regression indicated that three main influencing factors on the total scores of QOL were social support,self-esteem and positive coping style.Conclusion The key step of promoting the quality of life among middle school students is based on the cooperation of society,schools and families,and so on.
