摘要
目的探讨大学生领悟社会支持与社交自尊之间的关系,为大学生心理健康教育提供依据。方法随机抽取某高校477名大学生,采用领悟社会支持量表和德克萨斯社交行为问卷进行调查。结果 (1)不同性别、年级、生源地和是否独生子女大学生社交自尊差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01);(2)不同性别、年级、文理科以及是否独生子女大学生领悟社会支持差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01);(3)大学生领悟社会支持总分及各因子与社交自尊均呈显著正相关(P值均<0.01);(4)家庭外支持对大学生的社交自尊具有预测作用。结论领悟社会支持是大学生社交自尊的重要影响因素。
Objective To investigate the relations between perceived social support and social self-esteem of college students,and to provide evidence for mental health education.Methods Self-report data were collected from 477 college students by using Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS) and Texas Social Behavior Inventory(TSBI).Results Firstly,social self-esteem of college students on gender,grade,whether a single child and home location showed statistical significance(P〈0.01).Secondly,perceived social support of college students on gender,grade and whether a single child showed statistical significance(P〈0.01).Thirdly,the perceived social support and various factors of college students were positively related to their social self-esteem(P〈0.01).Moreover,the family external support was valid in predicting social self-esteem.ConclusionThe perceived social support of college students has a positive effect on their social self-esteem.
