摘要
目的了解医学专业大学生的生命意义感及其影响因素,为提高大学生生命意义感提供理论依据。方法按年级和专业分层,随机抽取某医科大学本科生共395名。采用生命态度量表及自编问卷进行调查。结果女生的生命意义感总分、爱与关怀部分、情境部分、死亡态度层面、生命经验层面的得分均高于男生;公开谈论死亡组学生总均分及所有因子分均高于其他2组。结论该校医学生的生命态度较高。开设课程进行生命与死亡教育,帮助学生改善与父母关系,有助于提高学生的生命意义感。
Objective To explore the life attitude of medical students and the influencing factors and to provide the theoretical evidence for life education.Methods A stratified,random sampling procedure was used to select 395 participants from Southern Medical Univeristy.The questionnaire consisted of Life Attitude Scale(LAS) and 18-items related factors.Results The total score of LAS and the scores of all subscales were higher than the norm.Girls’ scores including the total score of LAS and subscales of loves with the concern,life context,the attitude to death and life experience’ were significantly higher than boys’.The total score of LAS and all subscales scores of the students who talked about death openly were significantly higher than other two groups.Conclusion The life attitudes of medical students are better than the normal.The course of life and death should be taken to help the students improving the relations between the students and their parents and enhancing their life attitude.
