摘要
针对H08Mn2Si焊丝生产过程中频繁断丝的现象,对断丝样品进行了断口扫描和金相分析,并对相关的盘条进行了理化检验分析。得出,盘条组织中的马氏体量较多是造成拉拔时频繁断丝的主要原因。
In view of regular wire broken during drawing of H08Mn2Si steel soldering wire, the broken wire sample was analyzed by SEM and metallographic examination, and related wire rod batch was physically tested and chemically analyzed. It was concluded that the main reason of wire broken in direct drawing was high martensite content in hot-rolled rod.
