摘要
采用D碱代替纯碱作为纯棉纱线活性染料染色的固色碱剂,并与纯碱进行比较。结果表明,D碱缓冲能力强,对染浴pH值的稳定作用较好;固色时用量较少,而固色效果与常规纯碱固色工艺相当,染色残液COD值较低。
The alkali D was applied to reactive dyeing cotton yarn instead of soda ash as fixing agent. The results showed that the alkali D featured excellent buffering ability, less dosage in fixation and lower CQD value of the dyeing effluent. Equivalent fixing effect was achieved compared with conventional dyeing process with soda ash.
