摘要 以2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、聚醚多元醇、N-甲基二乙醇胺、甲乙酮肟和3,5-二甲基吡唑为主要原料,分别合成了4种封闭型阳离子水性聚氨酯,考察了二异氰酸酯和封闭剂类型对湿摩擦色牢度的提升效果和织物色变的影响。结果表明,以2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯和甲乙酮肟为主要原料合成的封闭型阳离子水性聚氨酯对湿摩擦色牢度的提升效果最好,但色变较大;以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯和3,5-二甲基吡唑为主要原料合成的封闭型阳离子水性聚氨酯对湿摩擦色牢度的提升效果相对较差,但色变很小。 Four different kinds of blocked cationic water-borne polyurethane were prepared from toluene diisocyanate, isophor- one diisocyanate, polypropylene glycol (PPG) , N-methyl diethanolamine, 2-butanone oxime (MEKO)and 3,5- dimeth- ylpyrazole {DMP). The influence of diisocyanate and block agents on wet crocking fastness and color change were studied. The results indicated that the wet crocking fastness could be improved effectively when the products were applied to cotton fabrics. The product prepared from toluene diisocyanate and MEKO was the best in improving wet crocking fastness among of the four products ,but it led to apparent color change;while the product prepared from isophorone diisocyanate and DMP was the worst in improving wet crocking fastness but had little influence on color change.
