摘要
研究了高水洗牢度SF分散染料的主要应用性能,并探讨了pH值和金属离子对其染色性能的影响。结果表明,SF分散染料吸湿率在15%～20%,最佳染色pH值3～3.5;除了分散黄棕SF,其余染料的染深性在4%～6%;金属离子对SF分散染料的影响较小;在130℃染色50～60 min,可获得较好的染色深度。
The application property of high washing color fastness SF series disperse dyes and the influence of oH value and metal ions on their dyeing property were discussed, The results showed that the absorption rate of moisture of SF disperse dyes was 15% ~ 20%, the suitable dyeing pH value was 3 ~ 3.5, the build up was 4% ~ 6% except SF orange. Metal ions had a little influence on dyeing effect. SF series dyes could be dyed at 130 ℃ for 50 ~60 min.
