摘要
对某型机载惯导系统使用中出现的电机故障进行了统计和分类,确定了电机接触电阻变大是主要的故障模式。在分析机载惯导系统电机特殊使用环境的基础上,采用微动磨损和电接触理论,对接触电阻变大的故障机理进行了分析,并提出了相应的改进措施。环境仿真实验验证和系统故障统计结果均表明采取的改进措施有效。
The DC torque motor failures of the platform inertial navigation system(PINS) were counted and classified and that the motor contacting resistance becoming larger was the main failure mode was deternined.On the basis of analyzing the special environment of the DC torque motor in the airborne PINS,the failure mechanism of the motor contacting resistance becoming larger was analysed,and the solution was presented.The result of the simulated environment test and the system failure statistics show that the solution is effective.
