江西广丰黑滑石煅烧增白及物相变化特征 被引量:11

Whitening and Phase Variation of Black Talc by Calcination from Guangfeng Area,Jiangxi Province

摘要 在对江西广丰黑滑石进行矿物组成分析的基础上,分别采用X射线粉末衍射分析(XRD)、粒度分析和白度分析等手段,对黑滑石增白处理前后的物相和粒度、白度等指标进行测试。结果表明:漂白剂对广丰黑滑石增白作用不明显,煅烧处理增白效果明显。当煅烧温度为1150℃,保温时间为90min时,获得粉体的白度达98.89%。煅烧增白后的主要物相是:顽火辉石、硅酸钙和二氧化硅。 On the basis analyzing of the mineral composition of black talc from Guangfeng area,Jiangxi province,the phase,grain size and whiteness of black talc were investigated after whitening and before by X-ray diffraction(XRD),particle size analyzer and whiteness meter,respectively.The results showed that bleaching had no visible effect on whitening the black talc,but the effect of calcination was visible.When the calcinated temperature was 1150℃,the holding time was 90min,the whiteness of powders was up to 98.89%.The main phases after calcinated whitening were enstatite,calcium silicate and silica.
