摘要 研究了利用河道淤泥为主要原料制备水处理多孔陶粒滤料的方法,结果表明:在河道淤泥、粉煤灰、拜耳法赤泥、造孔剂重量百分比为67∶15∶10∶8,烧结温度为1080℃,烧后自然冷却的条件下,制备的陶粒满足水处理用人工陶粒滤料的要求。将其用于含溶解油废水处理,在相同条件下,除油率为砂粒的3倍多。 In this paper,the preparation method of porous ceramics from river course sediments as the main raw material for treatment of waste water was study.The research indicated that the prepared porous ceramics met demands of waste water filtration material when the ratio of river course sediments,fly ash,red mud derived from Bayer process and sparkling component was 67:15:10:8,the sintering temperature was 1080℃ and the ceramics were cooled after sinter.The oil removal rate of porous ceramics was three times higher than sands for the treatment of waste water contained oil at the conditions of same.
