摘要
2008年南方极端冰雪灾害和汶川地震以后,国家对自然灾害越来越重视,开展了国家"十一五"科技支撑课题《极端冰雪条件下地质灾害对重要基础设施安全的影响及防治措施研究》的研究。以边坡工程、输变电及电气设备基础工程、重要公用民用工程地基为对象,研究了极端冰雪条件下地质灾害对重要基础设施安全的影响,分别得出了融雪入渗与冻融循环对边坡工程、输变电工程地基、地基稳定性、岩土体与支护结构一体化安全性影响的结论,提出了极端冰雪条件下的地质灾害防治对策。
After extreme ice snow hazard in southern China and Wenchuan earthquake occurred in 2008,the Chinese government has paid more attention to the natural disasters,and commissioned the "11th 5-year" scientific research program,which is "the Study on Influence of Extreme Ice Snow Hazard in Southern China on Safety of Infrastructure and Control Measures".We take slope works,infrastructure works of power transmission and transformation,foundation of important civil works as the study objects,and we research the influence of geological disaster on infrastructure safety under extreme ice snow condition.In the combination of the characteristics of rock-soil mass and support structures under the extreme ice snow conditions,the corresponding control measures are put forward.
