摘要
对比分析了单掺玄武岩纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维和高性能异型塑钢纤维的抗冲磨混凝土力学、变形及耐久性能。试验结果表明:高性能异型塑钢纤维混凝土的用水量比空白混凝土多8 kg/m3;高性能异型塑钢纤维对抗冲磨混凝土的力学性能和抗冲磨能力的提高最显著;抗冲磨混凝土干缩率和极限拉伸值均较高;3种纤维的掺入均明显抑制了抗冲磨混凝土的自生体积收缩;单掺3种纤维及空白抗冲磨混凝土的抗渗和抗冻等级分别达到W 8和F100。
We conducted experimental study on mechanical,deformation and durability performance of abrasion resistant concretes mixed with basalt fiber,polyacrylonitrile fiber and HPP fiber respectively.The results show that the mixed water volume of HPP concrete is 8 kg/m3 more than that in normal concrete;the mechanical and abrasion resistant performance of abrasion resistant concretes is increased by HPP at the largest extent;the shrinkage rate and ultimate tensile elongation of abrasion resistant concrete have relative higher values;the mix of the 3 fibers obviously inhibit self-generating volume change of abrasion resistant concrete;the frost resistant grade and impermeability resistant grade of 3 fiber-mixed concretes and normal concrete all reach W8 and F100.
