摘要
中土集团在承建尼日利亚铁路现代化项目过程中全面实施信息化管理,建立一个EPC工程全生命周期的信息化管理系统,为业主、咨询、承包商提供三方沟通的平台,为项目内部提供办公处理和内外沟通的平台。针对尼日利亚铁路现代化项目,结合海外EPC工程的特点,以实现尼铁工程项目管理为目标,设计了跨国协同办公平台的建设方案,规划了计算机网络系统、项目管理软件系统、安全系统、物流监控以及办公自动化软件,这些信息化管理系统为尼铁海外EPC工程项目管理提供了重要的应用支撑。
During the construction of "railway modernization program in Nigeria",China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation developed an information management system based on EPC project life cycle,which can provide a communicating platform for owner,consulter and contractor,and also an office and communicating platform for project department.In order to realize the project management object and combining the characters of oversea EPC,we designed the collaboration office platform,including PC web system,project management software system,safety system,logistic monitoring and office automation software.The railway aid construction in Nigeria has been supporting by this comprehensive information system.
