摘要
以丁基橡胶和高相对分子质量的聚异丁烯作为PSA(压敏胶)的基体树脂,并辅以增黏树脂、增塑剂和增强填料等添加剂,成功制备出一种性能优异的电子通讯器材防水绝缘用PSA。着重探讨了基体树脂、增黏树脂和填料等对该PSA性能的影响。结果表明:当w(丁基橡胶)=5%、w(聚异丁烯)=10%、w(增黏树脂)=15%和w(炭黑)=2%时,PSA的拉伸强度和剥离强度(聚乙烯/钢)分别为4.42 MPa和3.2 kN/m,并且其综合性能较好,具有较强的市场竞争力。
A pressure sensitive adhesive(PSA) with excellent performances for waterproof insulation of electrommunication equipment was successfully prepared by melting blend method between matrix resins(such as butyl rubber and polyisobutylene with higher molecular weight) and auxiliary materials(such as tackifying resins,plasticizers and fillers).The influences of some factors(such as matrix resins,tackifying resins and fillers) were discussed on the PSA's performances.The results showed that the PSA had better combination property and market competitive power because the PSA's tensile strength and peeling strength between polythene and steel were 4.42 MPa and 3.2 kN/m respectively when the mass fractions of butyl rubber,polyisobutylene,tackifying resins and carbon black were 5%,10%,15% and 2% respectively.
