摘要
目的研究蛇葡萄素对体外人大肠癌细胞株LoVo的抑制作用。方法采用体外直接给药的方法,把蛇葡萄素直接加入含有大肠癌细胞株LoVo的培养液中,通过MTT和流式细胞仪等方法,观察其对LoVo细胞增殖的抑制。结果蛇葡萄素均能抑制LoVo细胞的生长(P<0.01)。蛇葡萄素高(160μg/ml)、中(40μg/ml)、低(20μg/ml)三个剂量组之间,高、中剂量组与低剂量组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01);蛇葡萄素高、中剂量组浓度之间比较,则增值抑制率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论蛇葡萄素浓度在一定范围内产生最大增殖抑制率,且在此范围内,与剂量无明显量效关系。
Objective Research the inhibition of Ampelopsin on human colon cancer cell line in of LoVo in vitro.Methods By the way of directing administration in vitro,putting the ampelopsin into medium containing LoVo cells.By the ways of MTT and flow cytometry,we can observe the inhibition of LoVo cells.Results The ampelopsin can inhibit the growth of LoVo(P 0.01).With the high,medium and low dosage groups,high and medium groups compared with low,were statistically significant(P 0.01).Between the four levels in high and middle groups,the value was not significant inhibition(P 0.05).Conclusion The concentration of ampelopsin in a certain range can produce the greatest inhibtition proliferation rate,and in the range,no significant dose-effect relationship with dosages.
