基于DSP的压电智能柔性板主动振动控制实验研究

摘要 研究了一种基于压电的智能柔性板主动振动控制问题,采用有限元法与能量准则相结合的方法,实现了传感器和致动器的优化布置,在此基础上搭建实验装置,并通过激光测振仪提取模态参数。以数字信号处理器DSP设计PID控制器,并进行柔性板的主动振动控制实验研究,实验结果验证了方案的有效性。 An experimental investigation of piezoelectric smart flexible plate was conducted. Firstly, finite element analysis and a kind of energy criterion were combined to realize the optimal placement of sensors and actuators, and then an experimental setup was built, after that, modal parameters were extracted by Laser Vibrometer. DSP based PID control law was designed to perform the experimental investigation of flexible plate, experimental results verified the effectiveness of solution.
