基于液压同步提升的开关阀调速仿真研究

摘要 探讨了一种利用开关阀和调速阀进行调速的调速方式在液压同步提升中的应用。利用AMEsim和simulink对该开关阀调速液压系统进行联合仿真,分析了在负载不均和提升主油缸存在初始高差时的多缸同步效果,并成功应用于工程实际中,取得了良好的效果。 The application of a speed regulating method with on-off valve and governing valve in the hydraulic synchronous lifting system is discussed. The AMESim and Simulink software are used to simulate the on-off valve speed regulating system, and then the synchronous effects under the condition of uneven load and initial height difference between main lifting cylinders are analyzed. The on-off valve speed regulating system has been successfully applied to engineer practice and gain a sound effect.
