摘要
介绍了滚珠丝杠副直线位置精度测试系统的设计,系统主要由西门子Masterdrive MC伺服控制器和伺服电机、Heidenhain的LC183直线光栅尺和工控机组成,通过图形化的编程语言LabVIEW进行人机界面做数据采集和处理,使系统的测试更为便捷和高效率。
This article introduced the design of accuracy of straight-line positioning of ball screw measurement system. The system mainly includes Siemens Masterdrive MC and Servo motor, Heidenhain LC183 straight-line grating rule and industrial PC. The system can use LabVIEW as man-machine interface do data acquisition and processing, which can make measurement of system more convenient and efficient
