摘要
将F级环氧胶粘剂进行改性,用于制备适用国内玻璃毡生产状况的F级环氧玻璃毡层压板,其性能达到了IEC2003标准EPGM203玻璃毡板性能要求。研制的玻璃毡板具有诸多优异性能,因而国内大电机、输变电行业考虑采用国内玻璃毡板取代进口玻璃毡板。虽然研制的玻璃毡板填补了国内高档毡板生产的空白,但批量生产还需要配套的玻璃毡等,必须对工艺、技术、设备方面进行改进,改进后实现批量生产的玻璃毡板具有十分广阔的市场前景。
A class F epoxy adhesive was modified and a class F epoxy glass mat laminate was made which properties come up to the standard of EPGM 203 of IEC2003.The performances of glass mat laminate are superior to glass fabric laminate with the same thermal endurance class,so the new developed glass mat laminate is being considered to replace imported material for use in high power generators and transmission and distribution industry.Some measures should be taken for improving the process,technology and equipment for mass production.
