摘要
采用共混法制备了甲基丙烯酸锌(ZDMA)/碳酸钙(CaCO3)/三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)复合材料,研究了碳酸钙和甲基丙烯酸锌及并用对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,添加甲基丙烯酸锌复合材料的力学性能优于添加碳酸钙的复合材料,当甲基丙烯酸锌与碳酸钙并用时,甲基丙烯酸锌所占比例越高,复合材料拉伸强度越大。添加甲基丙烯酸锌和碳酸钙都能提高复合材料的耐热氧老化性,两种填料并用可获得更好的效果。
Zinc dimethacrylate(ZDMA)/CaCO3/EPDM composites were prepared by blending method;and the effect of CaCO3 and ZDMA on the properties of the composites was investigated.The research results indicate that the mechanical properties of the composite added with ZDMA are superior to that with CaCO3.When EPDM is combined with ZDMA and CaCO3,the higher is the proportion of ZDMA,the better the tensile strength of the composites is.The thermo-oxidative and aging resistance of the composites can be improved by adding ZDMA or CaCO3,and will be better when the two types of fillers are applied together.
