摘要
为寻找能替代少胶云母带A的其他少胶云母带材料,实现比质比价采购的原则,在国内外少胶云母带材料技术分析基础上,对少胶云母带B进行了材料固化前性能试验及固化后的力学性能试验,制得的真机定子线棒分别在660 MW和1 000 MW真机线圈上进行了应用试验。结果表明,与少胶云母带A的性能相比,少胶云母带B的各项性能均能达到技术要求。
The insulation of stator coil is the most important part in generator insulation system.Mica tape insulation materials constitute the main subject which will determine the level of generator ground insulation.Based on analysis of worldwide mica tape material technology,we chose a dry mica tape B to conduct a comprehensive test for the acceptance and assessment test and achieved a satisfactory result.
