摘要
利用电石渣取代生石灰作为钙质原料生产蒸压加气混凝土,对其发气过程作了系统的试验研究。结果表明,通过调整相关的工艺参数,可以获得预先设计的发气量及发气进程。当m(水泥:)m(砂):m(电石渣)=15:60:30,水料比为0.56,铝粉用量为干基物料的0.07%,砂子粒径为0.08~0.15 mm,经60℃的初养后,其发气量能够达到60%以上,加气混凝土密度在0.6g/cm3左右。
Autoclaved Aerated Concrete CAAC) was produced in the research,in which lime was replaced by carbide slag as the calcium material. The details of the aeration process were recorded. It results that,the expected volume and rate of aeration can be obtained by adjusting relevant process parameters. When the ratio of cement/sand/carbide slag is 15/60/30,ratio of water and solid (W/S) is 0.56,the proportion of aluminum is 0.07% to the mass of dry material,and the size of sand is 0.08-0.15 ram,after the initial curing in 60℃, the aeration volume can be above 60%, and the density of the aerated concrete is around 0.6 g/cm^3.
