摘要
木质素是自然界丰富的可再生植物资源,工业木质素属制浆造纸副产品,通过化学改性方法,既可拓宽木质素的应用范围,又可提高其利用价值。较详细地介绍了木质素的结构特点和化学改性的基本方法,分别结合制浆方法和原料种类,对制备改性减水剂的合理工艺进行分析总结。可很好地利用木质素资源,并为造纸废水的综合治理做出重要贡献。
Lignin is rich in natural regenerated resources of plants. Industrial lignin is the by-product of pulping and making paper. The chemical modification broadened the application field of lignin and increased its economic value. The paper introduced structural character of lignin and basic methods of chemical modification in details,analyzed and summed up rational preparation process of modified water reducers by combining pulping ways and sorts of raw materials. Thus, the lignin resources can be well utilized, and meanwhile it can make an important contribution tO the comprehensive harnessing of papermaking waste water.
