摘要
江苏某城市连续梁桥桥面铺装出现了多处松散、网裂、坑洞等严重水损害,经分析主要与铺装层沥青混合料类型选择不当、防水层材料不合适、泄水孔位置过高、沥青面层压实度不足、沥青混合料施工不均匀、桥梁结构设计不合理等因素有关。介绍了桥面重新铺装采用S型嵌挤密级配沥青混合料作为桥面铺装面层、设置SBS改性沥青碎石防水层、桥面靠人行道侧设置多孔混凝土排水沟槽、改变泄水孔位置等桥面铺装综合防水技术。
Serious water damage such as loose,net-shaped cracks and hollow hole has appeared on city continuous beam bridge deck pavement in Jiangsu. Its influencing factors include improper selection of asphalt mixture types on deck pavement, unsuitable waterproof layer materia|s,higher position of drainage hole,inadequate compaction of asphalt concrete surface layer, heterogeneous construction of asphalt mixtul-c,and improper bridge structure design. Comprehensive waterproof techniques are adopted such as using S-grading as deck pavement surface layer, setting SBS modified asphalt crushed rock waterproof layer, setting porous concrete drainage groove on bridge deck by the sidewalk, and changing position of the drainage hole.
