22味祛风湿中药对2个分离菌株的体外抑菌作用

Study on Antibacterial Effect of 22 Traditional Chinese Medicine on Two Bacterial Strains in Vitro

采用平板打孔法检测了22味祛风湿中药对临床分离自关节部位的一株鸡源金黄色葡萄球菌和一株猪源链球菌的抑菌效果。结果表明,猪源链球菌对伸筋草、狗脊、独活的敏感性较高,金黄色葡萄球菌对狗脊、木瓜、秦艽的敏感性较高。而猪源链球菌与金黄色葡萄球菌均对海桐皮、雷公藤、松节、丝瓜络、穿山甲、桑寄生敏感性较差。

The antimicrobial effects of 22 anti-rheumatism Chinese herbal medicine tested by plat stiletto method were studied on 1 pathogenic Staphylococcus aureus strain and 1 pathogenic Streptococcus strain which were isolated from the joint.The results showed that the Streptococcus strain was special sensitive to Lycopodium clavatum,Cibot rhizome and Heracleum candicans;the S.aureus was special sensitive to Cibot rhizome,Chaenomeles speciosa,Gentiana macrophylla.Both of S.aureus and Streptococcus were all not sensitive or resistant to Erythrina variegate,Tripterygium,Nodus terebinthinae,loofah,Pangolin and Loranthus.After considering all the factors,the results suggest that we should use Lycopodium clavatum,Cibot rhizome and Heracleum candicans to prevent and cure arthritis which were caused by S.aureus and Streptococcus strain
