摘要
为了测定急弯棘豆中的总黄酮含量,采用紫外分光光度法,以芦丁为对照品,比较了直接测定法、硝酸铝显色法和三氯化铝显色法三种不同测定方法。结果表明,三氯化铝显色法以芦丁为标准品在274 nm处测定,精密度RSD为1.01%,重现性RSD为1.76%,稳定性RSD为1.25%(2 h),平均回收率为98.35%,RSD为0.91%,测定的急弯棘豆总黄酮含量为17.90 mg/g。该方法可作为测定急弯棘豆总黄酮含量较理想的方法。
The research aimed to study the determination method of total flavonoid content inOxytropis deflexaby ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Taking rutin as standard subtance,compared with of three chromogenic reagent methods of the direct method of determining,Alcl3 and Al(NO3)3,the results showed that AlCl3method is more suitable for the determination of the total flavonoid content at wave-length of 274 nm,and the precision is RSD 1.01%,the stability RSD is 1.76%,the repetitive RSD is 1.25%.The average recovery rate is 98.35%.The RSD is 0.91%.The content of total flavonoids is 17.90 mg/g.UV spectrophotometry is a good method for detection of total flavonoid content inOxytropis deflexa.
