分析冰箱侧板切断弯曲成形工艺,详细介绍一种新型模具的结构形式和设计要点,实现无废料切断弯曲成形,达到节约成本,提高生产效率的目的,为同类产品的模具设计提供一定的参考。
After analysis on the cutting-off and bending process of a refrigerator side plate,a no-waste cutting-off and bending die was developed that can increase the production efficiency.The structure and key design points of the die were discussed in detail.
