数控电解磨削ST10CH硬质合金试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 硬质合金具有高硬度、高强度和高耐磨等特点,传统的机械加工方法难以对其加工,现采用数控电解磨削方法对型号为ST10CH硬质合金进行加工试验研究,在分析电解液浓度、加工电压、电解液压力、进给速度、主轴转速等因素的基础上,通过正交试验对其优化,得到加工该材料的优化参数,并用优化后的参数分别对电解液温度和进给速度进行单因素试验,最终得到加工该材料的成形规律。 Carbide alloy is characteristic with high hardness,high strength and high wear resistance and is difficult to be machined by traditional methods.In this paper,study was made on the NC electrochemical grinding of ST10CH carbide alloy,based on analyzing the factors such as electrolyte concentration,machining voltage,electrolyte pressure,feed speed and spindle speed.By orthogonal experiments,optimized parameters of processing ST10CH carbide alloy were obtained,with which the experiments for electrolyte temperature and feed speed were conducted and finally,a forming law of ST10CH carbide alloy was obtained.
