橡胶/树脂共混物拉伸弹性模量的定量描述

摘要 分析了橡胶/树脂共混物拉伸过程中的形变,建立了弹性模量的表达式,应用该式估算了温度为20℃时聚丙烯(PP)/三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)和聚苯乙烯(PS)/EPDM共混物的拉伸弹性模量,并与文献两公式计算值进行了比较。结果表明,该式可描述共混物的拉伸弹性模量与弹性体粒子体积分数及物性参数的关系,用其计算所得值介于文献两公式估算值之间。 The deformation during tension of rubber/plastics blends was analyzed,and an expression of elastic modulus was derived.The tensile elastic modulus of polypropylene(PP)/ethylene-propylene-diene monomer(EPDM) and polystyrene(PS)/EPDM blends at 20 ℃ was estimated using this equation,and the estimations were compared with those from two other elastic modulus equations reported in literatures.The results showed that the relations between tensile elastic modulus and volume fraction of elastic particle and physical parameters were described,and the calculations obtained in this study were between those from the two reported equations.
