摘要
以聚丁烯胶乳(PBL)与有机蒙脱土(OMMT)为复合改性剂改性乳化沥青,通过正交实验考察了复合改性剂配比对改性乳化沥青性能的影响。结果表明,当复合改性剂的最佳配比为PBL质量分数2%(干基)、OMMT质量分数1%时,改性乳化沥青的综合性能最佳;PBL对改性乳化沥青的低温性能影响较大,5℃延度明显增大;OMMT对改性乳化沥青的高温性能作用明显,表现为针入度的降低和软化点的提高,特别是改善了贮存稳定性能。
The emulsified asphalt was modified with polybutene latex(PBL)/organic montmorillonite(OMMT) compound,the properties of modified emulsified asphalt were investigated by orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the comprehensive properties of modified emulsified asphalt were best when mass fraction of PBL was 2% and mass fraction of OMMT was 1%.The low temperature performance of the modified asphalt was affected sufficiently by PBL,and its ductility(5 ℃) increased appreciable.The high temperature performance of the modified asphalt was affected obviously with OMMT,its penetration decreased and softening point increased,especially storage stability improved.
