摘要
对比研究了环保醚酯类增塑剂RPL-1和几种常用增塑剂对丙烯酸酯橡胶(ACM)门尼黏度、硫化特性、物理机械性能、耐热性、耐低温性及耐油性的影响。结果表明,当增塑剂用量均为15份时,RPL-1比邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)的增塑效果更佳,添加RPL-1的ACM胶料的门尼黏度低,硫化胶的邵尔A硬度和100%定伸应力小,扯断伸长率和弹性高,耐低温性能优良;与己二酸二辛酯(DOA)相比,添加RPL-1的ACM硫化胶的耐热稳定性高,热空气老化后的物理机械性能变化率小,压缩永久变形大;RPL-1、己二酸二(丁氧基乙氧基乙)酯(TP 95)与ACM的相容性优于DOA和DOP,添加前两者的ACM硫化胶无喷油现象,且性能相当。
The effects of environmental friendly ether ester plasticizer RPL-1 and some other common plasticizers on Mooney viscosity,curing characteristics,mechanical properties,hot air aging resistance,low temperature resistance and oil resistance of acrylic rubber(ACM) were compared.When the plasticizers were 15 phr,compared with dioctyl phthalate(DOP),RPL-1 showed better plasticization.Mooney viscosity of ACM compound filled with RPL-1,Shore A hardness and modulus at 100% of RPL-1 filled ACM vulcanizates were smaller,elongation at break and resilience were higher,and low temperature resistance was better.Compared with dioctyl adipate(DOA),RPL-1 exhibited excellent heat resistance,the change of mechanical properties of RPL-1 filled ACM vulcanizates was lower before and after aging,and the compression set was bigger.Furthermore,the compatibility between RPL-1 or TP 95 and ACM was superior to that between DOA or DOP filled ACM,the ACM vulcanizates filled with RPL-1 or TP 95 had no blooming,and the properties of both were similar.
