基于Kriging方法的压力容器开孔接管区结构强度可靠性分析 被引量:6

摘要 压力容器开孔接管区应力状况复杂,存在着很大的峰值应力,是产生疲劳裂纹和脆性断裂的危险区域。采用拉丁抽样方法产生样本点,用ANSYS计算出不同样本点的响应值,并用Kriging计算方法对功能函数进行拟合以及可靠度计算。通过数值算例验证了该方法的精度,并编制了专用程序以实现压力容器开孔接管区结构强度的可靠性分析。 The stress state of opening nozzle for pressure vessel is complicated,which is of high peak stress.It is a dangerous area of fatigue fracture and brittle fracture.The use of Kriging model for reliability calculation of the structure was studied.Latin hypercube sampling(LHS) technique was used for random sampling,while the response value of random sampling was simulated by ANSYS.Then Kriging model could be trained by the random sampling and response value.The accuracy of Kriging model though a numerical example was verified,and then special software based on Kriging method was programmed to deduce the reliability of opening nozzle for pressure vessel.
