摘要
针对5000 m3液化石油气球罐安装工程,采用三角架弧梯装置搭设内部施工平台,避免了大体积球罐内部施工作业平台采用钢管脚手架搭建工作量大的缺点。采用相控阵列(PA)检测技术代替射线检测,提高了工作效率,缩短了工期,保证了球罐安装工程的顺利进行。
Point at the 5 000 m3 liquefied petroleum gas erection project,setting the internal construction platform by adopting arc ladder with tripod device has avoided the shortcomings of heavy work of setting scaffolding by adopting steel pipes for internal construction platform of spherical tank with large volume;adopting the phase array(PA) test technology in place of RT examination has enhanced the work efficiency and shorten the time limit of this project and ensured a smoothly implementation as well.This article demonstrates the application for the two procedures mentioned above.
