几种理化因子对急性感染WSSV凡纳滨对虾的影响

Effects of Water Physical and Chemical Factors on WSSV-Infected Litopenaeus vannamei

根据正交试验表L16(45),对海水盐度、NH4+-N质量浓度、NO2--N质量浓度、pH及感染WSSV的量各4个水平进行研究,发现这些因素对凡纳滨对虾存活时间的影响大小顺序为:pH>WSSV>NO2--N>NH4+-N>盐度。其中,pH、WSSV、NO2--N、NH4+-N与凡纳滨对虾的平均存活时间的相关性达到极显著水平(P<0.01),而盐度与凡纳滨对虾的平均存活时间的相关性没有达到显著水平(P>0.05)。

According to the orthogonal test Tab.L16（45）,the effects of 5 factors（salinity,NH＋4-N,NO-2-N,and pH of seawater and quantity of WSSV）with 4 levels on the survival time of L.vannamei were investigated.The results indicated that the contribution of those 5 factors to the mean survival time of L.vannamei was sequenced as pHWSSVNO-2-NNH＋4-Nsalinity.The coefficients between the mean survival time of L.vannamei and WSSV,pH,NO-2-N,and NH＋4-N were significant（P0.01）,and the coefficient between the mean survival time of L.vannamei and salinity was not significant（P0.05）.
