描述了在UCM轧机上使用Taper辊改善带钢边部减薄情况的实验构思和试验结果分析,通过Taper辊、20μm凸度辊和平辊对边部减薄控制效果的对比,来了解在UCM轧机上使用Taper辊改善边部减薄的意义。
Designing and the effect of experimentation of using taper roll in UCM mill to improve the edge-drop of strip were described. The results of controlled edge-drop by using taper roll, 20 μm Crown roll and flat roll were compared, to understand the significance of using taper roll to improve edge-drop in UCM mill.
