摘要
在研究中发现用传统设计采用的LC滤波器去滤除PWM波中含有的谐波,当负载稍变动时,LC滤波器输出的波形会发生较大的变动。为了滤除PWM波中所含有的谐波,且有良好的输出波形,在本设计采用了2个串联的LC滤波器对PWM波进行滤波处理。前级LC滤波器让PWM波全部通过,形成含有大量谐波的正弦波,后级LC滤波器对前级LC滤波器输出的波形进行谐波滤除。通过实验证明,采用该方法进行设计的滤波器,在负载变化时,输出电压波形稳定、质量较高,且设计中所得参数几乎不用调整。
It was found that when the load after the LC filter which is widely used in traditional design to filter harmonic of PWM wave has a little change, the output waveform of LC filter has a big change in the research. In order to filter harmonic which is contained in the PWM wave and create better output waveform, the design applies a LC filters series to another to filter harmonic of the PWM wave. The PWM wave which all passes the first LC filter becomes a sine wave with a large number of harmonics. The second LC filter filters the harmonies in the waveform which the first LC filter output. The filter was designed by this method. The experimental results show that the output voltage waveform is with stability, high quality and the design parameters obtained by this method can almost not be adjusted when the load changes.
